I am in manhattan this week starting my new www.rodinbooks.com book tour. Two observations at start —
1. Everything that glistens and magnifies is here in city — from Rockefeller Plaza’s Today Show to AP as the great .org to those that already featured the book like www.newsweek.com and www.ReoubkicEn.org
Manhattan still centers the world of publishing in English like The Hindu paper does in Asia.
2. But I also realize how much this world is dominated by access from PR firms.
Each org no longer posts names and emails of reliable steady state journalists.
It is tough to enjoy this.
It took me 3.6 years to finish polishing this book but the talk hosts and major papers have hosts with four guests per hour.
Yet the pyramid of learning still resides in us book writers somehow?
